By accessing or using SnapLedger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

SnapLedger provides an AI-powered tool that extracts expense information from purchase screenshots. Results are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted information before saving it.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. SnapLedger reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Pro monthly, Pro annual, and credit packs) are billed through Creem. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For unused credit packs, a full refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase. Contact support to request a refund.

Limitations

SnapLedger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recognition results will be accurate, complete, or error-free. SnapLedger is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the information provided by the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SnapLedger after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
